What's included?

• Dedicated mobile number - hullo gives you a dedicated number that belongs only to your business.  All of your messages will come from and can be sent to this standard rate mobile number e.g. 07812345678.

• Recieve unlimited messages - hullo doesn’t make a charge for the messages you receive from customers and you can reply to messages easily, one-to-one.

• Unlimited Keywords - create as many keywords as you need and add automatic replies e.g. text offers to 07812345678 to find out this week’s special offer.

‍• Unlimited Subscribers - add as many contacts to hullo as you like, this is your subscriber list.

‍• Unlimited Subscriber Info - create extra fields to contain data about your subscribers, name, birthday, postcode, next appointment date, membership number, buying preferences etc.  Use this info to target your campaigns to the most appropriate people or to personalise the messages you send.

‍• List Groups - add subscribers to groups that you can save to message multiple people quickly.

‍• Smart Groups - create custom groups using your subscriber data that you can use to target the right people anytime e.g. subscribers with an appointment tomorrow. Smart groups select the target group based on the stored subscriber info.

‍• RSVP lists - Invite members to an event and get them to respond with their RSVP.  Hullo creates an automatic list to send alerts and updates to the interested subscribers.

‍• Longer Messages - a standard text message is 160 characters but you can send longer messages with hullo which will automatically manage concatenating them for you, each part uses one message and will appear as a single, long message on you customer’s phone.

‍• Emoji’s - hullo messages support sending and receiving emojis. Emojis use up a bit more space in your message than normal characters so they shorten messages but you know what they say… a picture says 1000 words.

‍• Group Messages - Send group messages instantly or schedule date and time.  Target list groups, RSVP lists or use a smart group that uses subscriber data to select recipients.

‍• Direct Messages - manage one-to-one conversations with subscribers, see full history of all conversations and campaign content in one view. Anyone can send you a message and you can reply one-to-one.

• Campaign Feed - The campaign feed is completely unique to hullo.  It keeps you up to date on messages from customers, campaigns and their performance.  It makes it so easy to focus on exactly what’s happening with your customers right now.

• Subscriber Double Opt in - hullo makes sure you don’t fall foul of GDPR rules by making sure that all your subscribers are automatically double opted in for comms so you know you are never contacting someone who is not.

• Opt Out Management - hullo automatically implements the industry standard STOP keyword for you so that subscribers can opt out of your marketing list at any time keeping you standards compliant.

• ‘Hullo’ opt in keyword - all hullo accounts have a built-in keyword for registering as a subscriber to your mobile messaging.  Customers can text hullo to your hullo number to opt in.  If you set up fields to collect data about your subscriber, hullo automatically turns it into a mobile survey that will collect all of the information from the subscriber and store it for you.  Subscribers can text hullo again at any time when they want to update the info you save.
